Great experience of Vietnam bike and boat tour < kcman@whidbey.com >

Karl Seamann

I want to send you a personal THANK YOU for a wonderful Bike and Boat tour of Vietnam in conjunction with Inselhupfen.  As the local organizer and provider you can accept the credit for a very well organized tour.  Everything was beautifully planned and executed wonderfully.

All accommodations, transportation, boats, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc., were perfectly presented and the very best of quality.  This was my fifth trip to Asia and this trip was probably the very best I have had.  I expect the very best in organization and execution from Asian tour providers, and Indochina Trekking Co. lived up to my expectations.

A very special THANK YOU and recognition should go to Nguyen Nam, our guide in northern Vietnam.  Nam was particularly effective, and not only professional but also very accommodating.  Nam understood my weaknesses and my need for assistance well before my accident, and was always there to take care of me.  After my self-caused accident Nam was a wonderful help.  He took care of every little detail to assure that I had as easy and complete a trip as possible.  Even though I was hurt I still had a good tour, saw a lot of interesting parts of Vietnam and felt that I ‘got my money’s worth’.

Nguyen Nam and Hien Le are excellent guides and a real credit to Indochina Trekking Co.  You are very fortunate to have Nam and Hien on your staff.  And I was very fortunate to have them as our guides.  Without Nam and Hien I am sure the trip would not have been nearly as successful.

Again, let me stress how well organized this tour was.  You can be proud of the organization you have built and know that your clients are receiving the very best that Vietnam has to offer.  Vietnam is a beautiful country, and Indochina Trekking Co. shows Vietnam very well.

Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Tuan –

On behalf of Kassie and myself, I want to thank you.  The trip was amazing!  The services were great.  You did a wonderful job.  No issues at all!  I would like to let you know that all of the guides were outstanding, but I do want to give Loan, our first guide in Vietnam a special outstanding recommendation.  She was knowledgeable, spoke awesome English, went out of her way for us, and was all around not only a great guide but a great person as well.  A+

I will recommend all my friends to use your services!

Thank you and please keep in touch.

Wonderful motorbike holiday in Indochina < ashley.d.j.evans@hotmail.com >

Ashley Evans

Hello Mr Tuan,

My name is Ashley Evans. I recently took part in tour in which you had facilitated. We rode a motorbike from Hanoi through Vietnam into Laos and Cambodia.

I would just like to provide you with some postive feedback of the tour guides in which you arranged.

Firstly Tong, our guide through Vietnam, was very knowledgable, efficient and a good representation on your company.

Secondly Mr Boun, who was arranged for our Laos secton of the tour was a fantastic tour guide. Mr Boun, was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, extremly safety minded andhe had a very kind personality , whereby he made sure were constantly safe and enjoying our trip.

I would like to say that both of these guides come with high reccommendations and they represent your company with a professional image.

Kind Regards Ashley Evans

Remarkable trekking in highlands of Northen Vietnam < jozef.nijs@scarlet.be >

Jos Nijs

Dear Tuan,

Our return took 22 hours (as of departure at Conifere to home), but was OK.

We really enjoyed this trip to Vietnam even taken into account the little problems we faced and we really appreciated your (and Dan's) reactiveness and flexibility to sort things out. As promised I try to detail for you our experiences:

Dinners at Su Phi (two evenings including Ann's birthday-evening), and cooking lunches at noon:  we really enjoyed both of these;  all cooking lunches at a local houses were splendid, and in each of these houses we had a warm welcome (although our visit wasn't really announced and planned);   Dan and Minh are excellent cooks, and Dan has the capability of making a good and pleasant contact with everyone.

The trekkings: as already said the trekkings were fantastic;  the scenery, but also the contact with locals on the road were great, e.g. during our walk in Sunday (from Su Phi to third homestay) we had company of locals that visited the market and returned at their home

Halong Bay: superior experience!  (as well scenery as stay on the boat).  The food was excellent.

Hanoi: very good hotel (we certainly can recommand it to anyone), very good restaurants (au Lac House ànd KoTo), and very nice program (especially the waterpuppet show).  Lok did a great job!
It was only a pity that the mausoleum was closed...

Considering another trip to Vietnam we will certainly opt for the homestay-formula (more intense than cycling), but with alternating homestay (two nights) with one night at a guesthouse instead of having 6 or more homestays on a row.
And of course we would do this via TITC.  We will certainly recommend TITC to other people as the preferred 'local' partner to prepare a trip to Vietnam!

I hope that this feedback has any value to you and if you want further information feel free to contact me!

Best regards,

Jos

Biking Saigon to Angkor Wat- Excellent and would definitely recommend Indotrek < fitzpatrick.jason@gmail.com >

Hi Tuan,

Having a great trip, enjoyed the mountain bike race yesterday in Cambodia. Nick and I really enjoyed the local race, it was an experience participating.

The trip has been very well organised with the right balance of cycling, sight-seeing and getting a taste for local culture. Reno always went beyond the duties of a guide to keep us informed and entertained, he has a great skill for interacting with many different people. Tsung was a very safe driver and always very efficient in getting us organised to start riding and never far away at anytime. I look forward to my next trip with Indotrek.

Cheers
Jason

Thank you for a wonderful time! < nicholastraxler@yahoo.com >

Nicholas Traxler

Hi, Tuan.

I want to thank you for helping me have such a great time in Vietnam and Cambodia.  I definitely know where to look the next time I want to travel to this part of the world.  Speaking of that, I am heading to Pakse tomorrow to do a little bit of hiking, then heading back to Saigon Friday to fly back to the USA.  On that note, I am very interested in Myanmar and may be interested in traveling there in the next couple of years.  Does your company do trips there?

Thanks again.

The most fabulous holiday in Vietnam < >

Emma

Everyone felt the itinerary was perfect for our group, every day was interesting and enjoyable.  The highlight for me was Ha Long Bay, but I have to say it's really hard to put my finger on one best spot - as I enjoyed every minute.  Our guides, Nam in Hanoi & Ha Long Bay and Tuan in Hue & Hoi An were both delightful.  They were knowledgeable, flexible, always on time, great with the kids, and so accommodating.  The tour ran seamlessly because of them ... so please pass on our thanks to them as well.
