For those looking to join for a shorter period of time, this tour also offers the opportunity to join from Bangkok to Phnom Penh, or halfway through from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City. Day 1Bangkok – Khao Yai
The journey begins! Transfer by road to the Khao Yai National Park, then spend the afternoon adjusting to your bikes and passing through rural Thai villages to your hotel.

Day 2Khao Yai – Prachinburi
A tougher, 50km ride today as you follow minor roads around Khao Yai past rice-filled fields, Buddhist monasteries and smaller villages. A support vehicle is available if you get too tired from the heat!

Day 3Prachinburi – Sa Kaew
Pass eucalyptus and rubber plantations as you cycle the rolling hills to Sa Kaew, the perfect place to speak to friendly locals.

Day 4Sa Kaew – Aranyaprathet
Ride towards the Pang Sida National Park, where you have the opportunity to stop for a swim in a reservoir, enjoying views over untouched jungle.

Day 5Aranyaprathet – Siem Reap
Welcome to Cambodia! Having crossed the broder, we pass over dirt roads through traditional Khmer villages that have changed little over the centurie

Day 6Siem Reap
Cycle around the epic Angkor Complex, hitting the key spots of Ta Prohm, the Bayon, Angkor Thom, Angkor Wat and plenty more. Return to the hotel via picturesque country lanes.

Cycle outside the main complex to Banteay Srei, famous for its detailed and intricate carvings. Enjoy the views over paddy fields and local villages.

Day 8Siem Reap – Phnom Penh
A cycling free day! Enjoy a relaxing morning boat ride over Tonle Sap Lake, before transferring to Phnom Penh in the afternoon.

Your guide will take you on a cultural tour of Cambodia’s capital, touching on the city’s dark past of the Tuol Sleng Museum and Killing Fields.

Day 10Phnom Penh – Kampot
Transfer to Bokor Mountain, then enjoy a beautiful downhill ride to Kampot, your first glimpse of the Cambodian coast.

Day 11Kampot – Kep
Explore Kampot’s markets, then continue towards Chnurk’s Mountain, a local pepper farm, and onto Kep where we spend the night.

Day 12Kep - Ha Tien
Good morning Vietnam! We will cross the border this morning, pick up your new bike and cycle the quiet roads to Ha Tien.

Day 13Ha Tien - Can Tho
Transfer to Rach Gia, a laid back fishing village facing the Gulf of Thailand, then ride along narrow lanes and canal banks to the hidden backwaters of the Mekong Delta.

Day 14Can Tho - Vinh Long
Enjoy a unique taste of the Delta as you explore colourful Cai Rang Market, continue on quiet country lines and enjoy an unforgettable homestay in Vinh Long.

Day 15Vinh Long - HCMC
Continue to explore the Mekong Delta, before transferring to Ho Chi Minh City for an afternoon city tour of Notre Dame, Central Post Office and War Remnants Museum.
