Indotrek’s most luxurious signature tour, our Cambodia Cycle Cruise itinerary follows the flow of the majestic Mekong River as it traverses through Cambodia. Your adventure begins in Siem Reap, where you will explore the temples of Ancient Angkor by bicycle, as well as exploring the delectable delights of Khmer cuisine by tuk tuk on an evening food tour. Next, true relaxation will begin. On board our very own Heritage Line ship, you’ll spend 4 nights cruising down the Mekong River, slowly taking on the panoramic views, with daily activities on and off the boat to explore local villages, as well as wide range of fantastic meals. Your cruise will terminate in Phnom Penh, where you will enjoy a city tour of the highlights of Phnom Penh and one final night on the boat. We then transfer to the beautiful southern Cambodian coast to Kep, and get on our bikes to explore the coastal roads and mountainous backdrops. Finally, we take the boat to Koh Rong and spend 2 nights on this magnificent, white sand tropical island.

  1. Day 1
    Arrive Siem Reap

    Meet at the hotel then head for a tour of Angkor Wat, one of the modern wonders of the world.

  2. Day 2
    Siem Reap

    Bike to Ta Prohm, one of Angkor's most beautiful temples, then continue onto Banteay Kdei. Have lunch at a local restaurant then continue to explore the temples of Angkor Thom. In the evening, enjoy a local Cambodian food tour.

  3. Day 3
    Siem Reap

    Cycle into the Khmer countryside and to Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre, as well as more of the lesser visited temples around Siem Reap.

  4. Day 4
    Siem Reap - Board Cruise

    Enjoy a final morning of cycling around Sambor Prei Kuk before transferring to Kampong Cham to board your cruise on the luxurious Heritage Line The Jahan cruise ship.

  5. Day 5
    Full Day Cruise

    Morning tai chi then set sail down the Mekong. Explore local villages by bike around Angkor Ban, before settling into lunch and high tea on board the ship. In the afternoon, explore a local silk factory and continue around the island by tuk tuk. Enjoy a cocktail from the deck as the sun sets.

  6. Day 6
    Full Day Cruise

    Arrive into Kampong Chhang, Cambodia's "water world." Explore local villages by bike and be introduced to the local specialties. Continue on the Tonle River and stop at the "Green School," a local school supported by Heritage Line. In the evening you arrive into Phnom Penh and have time to explore the capital.

  7. Day 7
    Phnom Penh

    Cycle around Koh Dach, a more rural area outside the capital and famous for its silk farms and vegetable farmers. In the afternoon you will see the highlights of the city including the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum. Return to the boat for your overnight stay and enjoy an Apsara Dance Performance, which accompanies your final dinner on the boat.

  8. Day 8
    Phnom Penh - Kep

    Transfer 3 hours out of Phnom Penh and then cycling along the coast to Kep. Cycle through Phnom Wur Mountain, and pass by some of the areas most affected by the Khmer Rouge. Continue on foot along the mountain paths until we reach our hotel in Kep.

  9. Day 9
    Kep - Kampot - Kep

    Cycle through Kampot Pepper Farm and explore the rest of this small fishing town. The remainder of the day is free to relax at your luxurious hotel of Knai Bang Chatt, home to some of the best sunsets in the world.

  10. Day 10
    Kep - Koh Rong

    Bike to Ostress Beach through various valleys, then finish with a transfer to Sihanoukville. From here, take a boat to the exotic island of Koh Rong and arrive at the beautiful Royal Sands Resort.

  11. Day 11
    Koh Rong

    Free day to relax on Koh Rong.

  12. Day 12
    Koh Rong - Departure

    Return to Sihanoukville by boat then transfer to Phnom Penh International Airport for your departure flight.
