After breakfast, drive toward the south. Stop along the way to cycle around Sambor Prei Kuk, the ancient capital of Chenla (early 7th century). Originally called Ishanapura, Sambor Prei Kuk shelters the most impressive pre-Angkorian monuments with more than 100 temples scattered throughout the lush forest.
Lunch is at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, depart to Kampong Cham and visit Wat Hanchey where we will enjoy a 360° view of the surrounding valleys, islands and the Mekong River as well as explore the pre-Angkorian temples and monastery built in the 7th century. Transfer to the Cruise and check-in on board at around 18h00.
When we embark the ship we will have a welcome briefing, then you can enjoy some private time until dinner is served in the dining hall. Our lounge cinema features selected classic movies (every night).
