Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu! Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, our team will warmly greet you and assist with transferring you to your hotel. Once you have settled in, the remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, providing an opportunity to relax and familiarize yourself with the surroundings. Take this time to unwind and prepare for the exciting journey ahead. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2
Kathmandu City Tour
After breakfast, depart for a historical monument exploration in Kathmandu Valley. We'll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, known for its impressive architecture and Newar craftsmanship. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was once the royal palace of the former Kathmandu Kingdom. Next, we'll head to Swyambhunath, also called Monkey Temple, offering a beautiful Buddhist stupa and panoramic views of the valley. Our final stop is Boudhnath Stupa, one of the world's largest Buddhist shrines, where you can see monks in prayer and take memorable photos.
Day 3
Kathmandu – Chitwan
After breakfast, we'll head to the domestic airport in Kathmandu for your short flight to Bharatpur airport. From there, we'll drive you to Chitwan National Park, a World Heritage-listed reserve spanning over 932 sq. km of diverse ecosystems. It's renowned for its abundant wildlife, making it a premier destination for wildlife viewing in Asia. After an hour's drive, we'll reach Jungle Safari Lodge situated on a riverbank where you will stay overnight. Enjoy a delicious lunch and take some time to relax. In the evening, explore the vibrant Tharu village in Chitwan on a village walk.
Day 4
Chitwan Elephant Experience
Enjoy Elephant bathing in Rapti River, play and swim with elephants. If weather doesn't allow, go for river canoeing to observe wildlife (Gharials, crocodiles, birds, etc). Later, take a jungle walk and have lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, experience an exciting Jeep Safari in Chitwan National Park, encounter wild animals such as wild elephants, one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys and if you are lucky enough, we have chance to spot a majestic royal Bengal tiger. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Tharu stick dance.
Day 5
Chitwan – Kathmandu – Nagarkot
After breakfast, check-out and fly from Bharatpur airport to Kathmandu. Our team will pick you up and transfer you to Nagarkot, a charming hilltop village offering stunning views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest. Spend the night at the romantic Mystic Mountain hotel.
Day 6
Nagarkot at leisure
Today, indulge in the sheer pleasure of leisure in the captivating village of Nagarkot. Set against a backdrop of majestic mountains and surrounded by serene nature, Nagarkot offers a serene escape from the ordinary. It's a day to slow down, unwind, and immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of this hidden gem.
Day 7
Nagarkot – Kathmandu Departure
Immerse yourself in the breathtaking spectacle of a sunrise over the majestic mountain range. After breakfast, check out and get ready to depart for Kathmandu International Airport for your onward journey back home or to your next destination.Share this tour!
