For those looking to join for a shorter period of time, this tour also offers the opportunity to join from Bangkok to Phnom Penh, or halfway through from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 1 - Bangkok

Bangkok to Khao Yai Cycling

Rendevouz in Bangkok for tour briefing. Transfer approximately 3 hours to the Khao Yai National Park area. In the afternoon we’ll get used to our bikes by taking a short warm up ride through the nearby rural villages, and then chill out by the swimming pool at our overnight resort accommodation.

Day 2

Khao Yai to Prachinburi Cycling

Today's cycle route covers 50km, but we advise caution in tackling the entire distance if not acclimatized to the heat. Our support vehicle accompanies you, allowing flexibility in choosing how much you cycle. The scenic route takes us through rural villages, Buddhist monasteries, and rice paddy fields, ultimately reaching our rustic resort for a relaxing evening and local culinary delights.

Prachinburi to Sa Kaew Cycling

Explore Thai rural landscapes by bike: pedal from the resort along minor roads, passing rubber and eucalyptus plantations, tapioca and rice fields. Enjoy the mostly flat route with a few gentle hills, and take time to connect with friendly locals. The ride concludes with a short stretch on a busier road upon reaching Sa Kaew town.

Day 4

Sa Kaeo to Aranyaprathet Cycling

Early departure leads us to Pang Sida National Park, where a refreshing swim awaits by a reservoir amidst untouched jungle views. Enjoy the tranquil afternoon ride on well-maintained scenic roads towards Aranyaprathet, a town merely 10km from the Cambodian border.

Aranyaprathet to Siem Reap, crossing the land border into Cambodia

Welcome to Cambodia! Having crossed the broder, we pass over dirt roads through traditional Khmer villages that have changed little over the centuries. Spend the evening with your guide gaining a genuine insight into Cambodian food the way the locals like it.

Day 6

Explore magnificent Angkor by bike

Cycle around the epic Angkor Complex, hitting the key spots of Ta Prohm, the Bayon, Angkor Thom, Angkor Wat and plenty more. Return to the hotel via picturesque country lanes. Siem Reap town is pleasant to wander around and don’t forget the Night Market for some great souvenir shopping or perhaps a “Dr. Fish” massage.

Siem Reap Cycling

Cycle outside the main complex to Banteay Srei, famous for its detailed and intricate carvings. Enjoy the views over paddy fields and local villages. After visiting Banteay Srei, you can choose to further explore and cycle around additional temples at your own pace or return to Siem Reap by driving.
Day 8 - Royal Palace in Phnom Penh

Siem Reap - Floating village - Phnom Penh

A cycling free day! Embark on a morning boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake, Asia's largest inland lake, and visit the floating village with its school, hospital, church, and fish farms. Journey along the Tonle Sap River, which flows into the expansive lake and eventually drains into the Mekong River. Stop at Skuon to taste the local delicacy of fried spiders before reaching the captivating city of Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh Sightseeing

Your guide will take you on a cultural tour of Cambodia’s capital, touching on the city’s dark past of the Tuol Sleng Museum and Killing Fields. Visit the Russian Market for clothing and sarongs before enjoying the rest of the day exploring Phnom Penh at your own pace.

Phnom Penh to Kampot Cycling

Transfer to Bokor Mountain, the highest mountains in Cambodia, then enjoy a beautiful downhill ride to Kampot, your first glimpse of the Cambodian coast.

Kampot to Kep cycling, Pepper Plantation

Explore Kampot’s markets and some beautiful colonial buildings then continue towards Chnurk’s Mountain, a local pepper farm, and onto Kep where we spend the night.

Day 12

Kep to Ha Tien cycling, cross the land border into Vietnam

After breakfast, visit the famous crab market, then enjoy a scenic bike ride through rural areas and salt fields to the Ha Tien border crossing. Lunch in Cambodia, walk across the border to Vietnam, and embark on a short, picturesque ride to Ha Tien.

Ha Tien to Can Tho Cycling

Transfer to Rach Gia, a laid back fishing village facing the Gulf of Thailand, then ride along narrow lanes and canal banks to the hidden backwaters of the Mekong Delta until we reach Can Tho city.

Can Tho to Vinh Long cycling

Experience the vibrant Mekong Delta with an early morning boat trip to the colorful Cai Rang floating market. Capture stunning photos as boats bustling with fruits and vegetables vie for customers. Afterward, enjoy a relaxing cruise back to the hotel, followed by a ride to Vinh Long through picturesque countryside roads. Spend an unforgettable night in a local house immersed in the charm of Vinh Long.

Vinh Long to Ho Chi Minh Cycling
